I grew up in southern New Jersey and moved to Texas several years ago when I started my “day job.” My husband and I love to travel and scour antiques and junk shops wherever we may find ourselves. I try to find odd bits and bobs to incorporate into my projects or to gather inspiration.

I’ve been collecting for years and am a bit embarrassed with the amount of collections I have: antique glass cake stands, vintage glass Christmas ornaments, old children’s books, ephemera, vintage dresses, rhinestone jewelry, Valentine girl planters, old ribbons, beads, bobbles, you name it! My most prized possessions are the memories we collect as we meet new people, travel to new places, and try to enjoy the life we’re given. You only get one shot at this trip through the universe, and we’re trying to make the most of it!
